A record crowd of more than 300 Milwaukee-area business and community leaders attended our thirdWisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Speaker Series event Oct. 21 at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts featuring Olympic legend Bonnie Blair and Network Health CEO Coreen Dicus-Johnson.

It was a great discussion of leadership off and off the speed skating rink by Coreen and Bonnie, along with some amazing stories about how these two dynamic leaders have achieved great success. There was talk about taking risks and learning new things as evident by the great video put together by Zizzo Group - Engagement Marketing of Bonnie teaching Coreen how to speed skate recently at the Pettit National Ice Center. A great pre-event reception sponsored by R&R Insurance Services Inc. included memorabilia from Bonnie's Olympic days and the NBA Championship trophy courtesy of our friends at the Milwaukee Bucks.

A huge thank you to Bonnie and Coreen for taking part in our event and to our many sponsors, including Ted Kellner and T&M Partners, R&R Insurance Services Inc., Network Health, Visit Milwaukeeand Bank Five Nine and our VIP table sponsors, Baird Funds, Town Bank, JP Cullen, Versiti Inc., Zizzo Group and TEMPO Milwaukee.
